“A great theme isn’t too costly but a terrible on is!”

The theme is a yearly choice that seems to cost more than it impresses. What will people see and feel as they walk in to the event? What do you want them to feel as the enjoy the event? There is a ton of paper and plastic waste when it comes to creating the right theme, think about recycling.  Try to use themes that will create very little waste or excess. You will save big.  It may be better to have a service help create the theme with a lightshow or video screens than a lot of paper products.  With so many options for lights any room can be transformed with colors and black or white drapes.
