1. All images captured by the staff and representatives of Firefly Event Photography & Entertainment, LLC are for the private use of the individual in the picture or their immediate family members. 

2. No images captured by Firefly Event Photography & Entertainment, LLC and its employees or affiliates can be used in any publication (print, video, online).

3. Only the person in the images is allowed to download the image.  Downloading other people's images without the permission of Firefly Event Photography & Entertainment, LLC and Pierce Brunson is a violation of our usage agreement and a copyright violation.

4. All images are owned by Firefly Event Photography & Entertainment, LLC and will be used in promotions for company related needs.

5. No images are to be reprinted in any publication (print, video or online) without the written permission of the owner of Firefly Event Photography & entertainment, LLC, Pierce Brunson.  If written permission is granted a full unedited manuscript copy of the entire publication must be submitted to Pierce Brunson.

6. No image can be changed or doctored in anyway. 

7. Images can not be used in a way that offends race, religious, or sexual preferences.

8. No tags may be attached unless it is the person in the image.

PERMISSION TO PRINT: 

Pierce Brunson, Owner of Firefly Event Photography, gives full rights to the individual in the image and immediate family member of legal guardian the right to print our images at any location.  This includes but not limited to Snapfish, Nations Photo Lab, Mpix, Shutterfly, Target, Zebra Color, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Winn Dixie and any other business that needs print permission in writing.
